analytical background.

Retirement

In the Netherlands, more than 110 colleagues work on pension advice, spread across
five offices: Amstelveen, Apeldoorn, Eindhoven, Purmerend, and Rotterdam. Within our
Retirement branch (including investment services), innovation and client focus are at the
core of everything we do. The pension landscape is evolving rapidly – which means your
work will be dynamic, meaningful and challenging every day.
As a working student or junior consultant, you get the opportunity to actually contribute
to all the changes in the Dutch pension system. You will work directly on real projects
and discover all facets of the profession. Not a standard traineeship – instead, you’ll
follow a broad development program that goes beyond theory. Learn from experts,
follow training courses, and gain relevant work experience from day one.

Insurance Consulting & Technology

This team advises and supports insurers in making decisions in the field of financial and
risk management. This includes capital management, financial modelling, M&A (mergers
and acquisitions), reserving, optimizing financial processes, pricing insurance products,
and data analyses that go with it.
In addition, we have teams within WTW that develop state-of-the-art software
specifically for insurers. In the Netherlands, IC&T-colleagues help clients with this
software (building models, validating them, training users, etcetera).
